    "value" : [ "津軽森林鉄道は日本初の森林鉄道として明治42年（1909年）開通。沿線住民の交通手段としても重宝されたが、木材輸送量の減少に伴い昭和45年（1970年）廃止。なお、青森営林局は明治19年（1886年）設置の青森大林区署が大正13年（1924年）に改称されたもの。平成11年（1999年）に東北森林管理局青森分局、平成16年（2004年）からは同青森事務所となっている。" ]
